It's this reaction that inspires all great chefs and gourmet cooks to create. I have never found a recipe that can't be improved or changed. The word "Gourmet" really means being creative and trying new things.

Cooking should be fun and have no boundaries. So many customers have told us about different interesting dishes they have come up with using "Oriental Blend." "Oriental Blend"
Sautee Chicken with Stir-Fry Veggies

Ingredients;
(Vegans subsitute Tofu)
1 package Organic Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 tbs. grapeseed oil
1 tbs. roasted sesame seeds
Oriental Blend to taste

Directions;
Julienne slice peppers and onion, chop broccoli, slice mushrooms.
Heat 2 tbs. grapeseed oil in skillet. Sautee chicken until golden brown.
Add all veggies stir-fry for 3-5 minutes on high heat. Add 2-3Tbs
"Oriental Blend" cook 1-2 more minutes.
Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
Serves 2-4

Organic Brown Rice Stuffed Pineapple

Ingredients;
4 cups Organic Brown Rice
1 -2 pineapples
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced waterchesnuts
1/4 cup chopped green onion
3 tbs grapeseed oil
1/4 cup Oriental Blend


Directions:
Cook rice per package , set aside. Cut each pineapple in half and
score inside into chunk size pieces and remove. Chop onion and green
onion. Heat 3 tbs grapeseed oil in pan on med-high. Add onion and
sautee intil translucent. Add rice, stir-fry cooked rice with onion
3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup Oriental Blend ,waterchesnuts, & green
onion. Fill each pineapple half with rice . Serves 4 -6

Broccoli Slaw with Pineapple & Cashews

Ingredients;
1cup shredded broccoli stems
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup purple cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup Oriental Blend

Directions:
Buy broccoli slaw mix in most produce sections or shred
first 3 ingredients. Toss all ingredients together in bowl with
sauce serve cold. FATFREE and perfect for summer meals
Serves 4-6

Spring Onion & Shrimp Soup w/Oriental Blend

Ingredients;
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
2 Tbs. Oriental Blend
1 stalk lemon grass, minced
¼ cup spring onions chopped
2 teaspoons red curry paste
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 pound medium shrimp
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion, lemongrass, and curry paste in the heated oil for 1 minute. Slowly pour the chicken broth over the mixture, stirring continually. Stir in the Oriental Blend; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp; cook until no longer translucent about 5 minutes. Stir in the lime juice; garnish with cilantro.
"Oriental Blend "Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
(Vegans subsitute Tofu for chicken)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons Oriental Blend
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
4 oz. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 (8-inch) personal size pizza crusts
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2tbs Roasted Seasame seeds

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
PLACE peanut butter and Oriental Blend sauce and oil
in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
COAT chicken with 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture.
SPREAD remaining peanut butter mixture evenly over crusts.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese, carrot, bean sprouts, green
onions and chicken. Place pizzas on baking sheet.
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through and cheese
is melted. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
(Makes 2 servings)
Oriental Blend Beef & Orange Packets"

Ingredients:
1beef flank steak
(about 1 pound)
2cups uncooked instant rice
4sheets (18X12 inches) heavy-duty foil, sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking
spray
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1/2cup Oriental Blend
1/4cup orange marmalade
1can (11 ounces) mandarin orange sections, drained
8ice cubes
1cup beef broth or water
1green onion, sliced (optional)

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 450°F.

2.Cut flank steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices. Place 1/2 cup rice in center of one sheet of foil. Divide beef strips into four equal portions. Arrange four beef strips on foil to enclose rice. Top with remainder of one portion of beef. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.

3.Place a quarter of bell peppers on beef. Combine Oriental Blend sauce and marmalade in small bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon Oriental Blend mixture over vegetables.

4.Arrange a quarter of orange sections around beef and rice. Place 2 ice cubes on top of vegetables. Fold up sides of foil and pour 1/4 cup broth into packet.

5.Double fold sides and ends of foil to seal packet, leaving head space for heat circulation. Repeat with remaining rice, beef, black pepper, bell peppers, sauce mixture, orange sections, ice cubes and broth to make three more packets. Place packets on baking sheet.

6.Bake 20 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Open packets and transfer contents to serving plates. Garnish with green onion, if desired.

Yield: Makes 4 servings
"Oriental Blend" Soothing Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:
2 heads Romaine lettuce
1/2 lb ground beef & pork (Vegans use crumble tofu)
1/4 cup diced water chestnuts
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup chopped green onion 1/4 cup Oriental Blend

Directions:
cut end off lettuce, rinse in cold water, arrange on plate. Brown
ground beef & pork in pan, add water chesnuts and Oriental Blend.
Fill each romaine finger with warm meat or (tofu) mixture. Top with
bean sprouts a dizzle sauce on each piece. This is a delicious
appetizer. It's quick & easy. Servers 4-6
